UK Mainland Delivery
Order by 7pm Monday – Friday for next working day delivery. Orders on Friday will be delivered the next working day (Monday when ordered before 7pm). Restrictions Apply. See below.
When you see the extra fast delivery badge, it means that that product is eligible for next working day delivery. Please note this only applies to certain products ordered before 7pm (Mon-Fri). If your cart has items in that are not eligible for extra fast delivery then this will void the cart from next day delivery. Only a cart of extra fast delivery products will have next working day delivery applied. This is detailed clearly in the checkout stage. Orders over £75 are eligible for free delivery.
Shipment Tracking
You can track your order by clicking on the link within the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note this link will direct you to the courier’s website, which is not controlled by us.
Please Note:
It is our goal to deliver within the above timeframes, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to the carriers’ ability to collect & deliver orders.
We are unable to change the delivery address on Orders after checkout.
If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.
Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
All Products are shipped from our warehouse in Vallensbæk, Denmark.
Delivery Restrictions
Orders placed before 7 PM are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Those placed after this time will be processed the next working day where possible. Next day delivery applies to working days only, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day (usually Monday, excluding bank holidays). While we strive for next-day delivery, we cannot guarantee it once the parcel is with our courier.
Not all items qualify for same-day dispatch or next-day delivery. Some may require additional processing time, indicated at checkout.
All orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions, agreed to at checkout. Orders are not fulfilled until dispatched.
